I just put this on my truck, and so far, I like it. The installation was tight, but it worked out well. It gives a little while you step on it, but it holds my weight, so I would suggest getting one if you don't want to look like a toddler climbing into your truck.

Bed Step

Great product. Not the easiest or most difficult install as the bracket doesn't leave a whole lot of room to maneuver and position, but once it's installed it does make getting into the bed so much easier.
