Cool piece but didn’t stick at all

Don’t get me wrong the cup ring’s design is super cool and the red is nice but the VHB tape is definitely not the move. Followed the instructions on the website and didn’t stick at all. Really disappointed cause I was looking forward to installing this piece.

Fits correctly, however the adhesive to apply it does not work. 24 hours later the stick is gone. Not worth $22.00
