United StatesI ordered my fang lights last month and quickly got them installed. They worked great until we had a few days of rain. Moisture ended up in the lights causing some of the leds to not work anymore. Reached out to customer service during non business hours and Ben helped me out right away. Got a new set shipped out and arrived at my door here recently. Great company with excellent customer service!
United StatesNot the easiest install. Definitely not for the faint of heart, but the results are awesome. 100% worth it.
United StatesIf you plan on ordering this product know that there is a possibility of them not sending all of the parts that you need for the installation. I got my fang lights and had to go buy the add a fuse, fuses, and wiring splices. The costumer services was very disappointing. When I contacted costumer service they obviously did not read the text I sent them because they sent me a text saying “Hey Noah, Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about this. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. To guide you through the warranty process, could you please provide a video or picture of the item and the issue?” Nothing was wrong with the product, there were just missing parts. When I asked about the missing parts they just apologized and did nothing else to help me out with the missing parts. I do recommend these lights if you want to replace the plastic fangs.
