ARB AR40 V2 Intensity LED Light Bar
Engineered in Australia and manufactured in the United States using the same patented lens/reflector technology as ARB’s existing Intensity LED driving lights, the ARB Intensity V2 LED light bar utilizes Hyperspot™ optics and advanced flood optics to intensify the light output of the 40 OSRAM LEDs (2 rows of 20) encased in a virtually indestructible polycarbonate lens and powder coated, extruded aluminum body with high-pressure die-cast end caps.
ARB Intensity V1 light bar in the spot/combo will be discontinued and no longer ranged. (AR40S & AR40C)
The ARB Intensity V2 LED Light bar is a substantial upgrade from its predecessor, the Iconic Australian light bar. It produces clean crisp light with refined color temp on the led that helps reduce eye strain and fatigue for long-distance driving and reaches amazing distances down the road to improve safety. It is an excellent choice to provide good lighting for distance as well as width.
The Intensity V2 LED light bar uses the same optimal chassis design of the previous Intensity light, yet incorporates the latest in LED technology using OSRAM GIANTS and advanced optics via the latest Hyperspot™ technology in our combo configuration, a further refined design for our flood configurations to extend the floods ability to drive light further down the road, as well as spreading the light in front of the vehicle. This can only be achieved by dedicated flood and spot optics combined into one light bar.
Hyperspot™ is a refined optic used to focus and intensify the light output and drive the LED OSRAM GIANTS at amazing distances down the road while keeping clarity in the beam and controlling the beam pattern to the correct area on the road without spilling light into areas not required or fore filled by the flood configuration. This configuration delivers 305W out of the new AR40CV2 and produces over 25,000 Lumens.
To provide an intense amount of light in all driving conditions, the AR40 Intensity V2 Light Bar utilizes OSRAM Giant LEDs to produce up to 25,080 lumens of raw light output (AR40CV2). For a single AR40CV2 combo, this means a light throw of 1 Lux @ 926m (3038ft) and 131ft of spread across the front of the vehicle. Plus, the warmer color temperature assists driver comfort and reduces eye fatigue.
A refined optic used to focus and intensify the light output as well as drive the OSRAM LEDs a great distance down the road, the Hyperspot™ technology also maintains clarity in the beam and controls the beam pattern to the correct area without spilling into unnecessary areas.
WIRING LOOM
The increase in power draw for the ARB Intensity V2 Light bar necessitates an updated loom. Harnessing and supplying increased power, requires a dedicated harness with high current wiring and components designed to handle up to 30 amps. Coupled to the new Intensity V2 light bar loom, is the two pin DTP connector with updated over molded connector all protected by midi fuse and spike protected relays. Another update to improve fitting time and reduce problems while fitting are plug-and-play H4 and HB3 waterproof connectors included with the V2 light bar loom.
