United StatesTerrible product was defective. Did all the correct steps for installation and the adhesive failed on the letters they fell out. Was emailing with a representative about replacement product and was supposed to have put in request to have them sent to me. I have not received the replacement product and now the representative won’t respond to my email. Next step if is not resolved is to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
